Firstly i must thank you for taking the time to look me up and view my images.

My name is Alan Barber and i'm currently living in Suffolk on the East coast of Great Britain close to Lowestoft the most Easterly point in England.

I've long been interested in photography but only started to get into it more seriously in late 2017 when i formed a little facebook group called Bognor Regis in Picture, here we collated general images of our area just to share with each other. We have made calendars for a local charity which have been a huge success locally with some also going worldwide.

I started out just wandering around with my Canon 1300d taking whatever i felt i could capture an image of really,this soon progressed into a more time consuming hobby where i would go out for several hours at a time to get early morning sunrises and late evening sunsets.

After a year i moved on to a full frame camera a Canon 6d mkii,which i love. while i still enjoy a good sunrise or sunset i try to capture a wider range of subjects which have recently included 5k, 10k, junior & adult park runs, Marketing exhibitions, local newspaper work and Armed forces day official photographer where i was honoured to be invited to meet and greet the Chelsea pensioners. I also now have a few businesses and groups that often ask me for images these include the Sussex tourism board and local council.

Anyway that's enough about me, once again may i thank you for spending some time on my site and hope you enjoy your stay.
